Survived the Trip!

We survived the big Texas trip!!!!

Davie did SOOO well with traveling! He's a natural! We only had about 45 minutes of torture and it was on the drive from Dallas to Tyler. Davie was SO tired and the sun was in his eyes and he just wanted to nap in his crib! But he eventually fell asleep and we survived the trip! Both airplane rides he did great! The first one he just played and was sweet the whole time! The second one he took an hour long nap and played the rest of the time! And the drive from Tyler to Dallas he was asleep the whole time! So that worked out well!!!

He stayed on his nap schedule in Texas easily! He jumped right on the Texas time zone and then when we got home within a day or 2 he was back on Florida time and napping at the regular times! I was so surprised with how adaptable he was! It makes me want to go on another trip soon! I have missed traveling!!!

The Texas trip was so much fun! It was great to see my aunt, uncle, cousins, and friends again! It has been over a year since my last trip to Texas! And before that it had been over 7 years! My that makes me sound old!!! lol. My cousin Lindsey looked beautiful in her wedding dress! And I LOVED eating wedding cake!! It was a nice treat for this dieting girl!!! I miss sweets! lol.

Overall it was a great trip and we all have a ton of fun!!! Can't wait to go back for my BFF Amy's wedding!!!
